Autumn is Here Blog Hop - Day 2

Today's project doesn't involve any paper crafting. I used a pattern that I loved to create this Autumn Leaves Tissue Box Holder. I stitched the box using 7-mesh Plastic Canvas.The background is a tan color while the leaves are stitched in brown, green and orange. The same pattern is stitched on all four sides. This is a super easy and fast project to put together.

Autumn is Here Blog Hop - Day 1

For my project, I created a 5 x 7 card using Recollections papers. I used the Gypsy by Provocraft to size the diecut. This is from one of the newer cartridges, Word Collage by Cricut.

Autumn is Here Blog Hop

Graphic 45 Magic of Oz Tissue Box
I am in love with the paper stacks from Graphic 45. The newest one for the holiday season is called Magic of Oz. It is a take on the great story of the Wizard of Oz. I think this line of papers may be my all time favorite. I just love all of the different themes and all of the different colors.
I I decided I needed to make another tissue box to take to work and place on my desk. I used my Gypsy by Provocraft to cut out the tissue box cover. I misted the box with different colors of Perfect Pearls Mists by Ranger. Next, I outlined the sides and top of the box with twine. Then the fun part of adding different elements from the paper pack. To finish if off, I used some Stickles and CANDi (foam dots) and Glossy Accents.

Ranger Perfect Pearls Mist - Grape Fizz, Sour Apple, Mandarin
Twine (Black & Orange)
Stickles - Crystal, Ruby
Glossy Accents
Pot Dots
CANDi - Vintage Berries (small paper dots)

Festive Friday
Come join us for a Festive Friday good time.I can't believe how fast the year is going by. Christmas will be here before you know it. I hope you will consider joining us as we hop every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Our goal is to make Christmas cards and avoid the rush of trying to make them later on.
