I was finally able to settle down and use my French Manor cartridge. At first I didn't think I would like it. Boy was I wrong. Many of the images remind me of the furniture in my house. For example, the couch, chair, tables all remind me of my house. I have a Gypsy and I have a few things designed from the FM cart but I just had not cut them out. I am really trying to do better.
For this card, I decided to keep it very, very simple. I love the designer paper used. It's from K & Co. Que Sera Sera mat stack. Did I say that I love that paper?

Christmas in July -- Melting Snowman
Here is a card I made for the CardzTv Challenge. We were to make a card using the image of a snowman. I used one of the snowmen in the Snow Friends seasonal cartridge. I also used images from the Create a Critter cartridge.
Since this is Christmas time in July and we all know that snowmen don't do well in heat, I decided to make a melting snowman. He's turning into a pool of water right before his eyes. His clothes are getting bigger and bigger.

Cricut Cardz Challenge 31
Here is a card I made for the Cricut Cardz Challenge. We were to make a card for the 4th of July, using any cartridges or colors you'd like. I chose to both the flag and the sentiment from the Stand & Salute cartridge. The background paper is from a paper pack I got from Target last year. I added three dots on each side of the card. I used Liquid Pearls.
This card was easy and fun to make. There is still time to join in on the fun. You have until July 6th to enter a card in the challenge. Stop by http://cricutcardzchallenge.blogspot.com/ for more details. Enjoy!
