Tuesday Evening

Well, it's been a few days since posting last. I was sure I would have some new projects to show, but unfortunately I don't. When I bought my Imagine, I really didn't know where I was going to put it. It is so heavy, I can't move it each time I want to cut something out. So I got a bright idea and I made a space for it in my bedroom. I spent the weekend moving things around so it would fit. I moved my TV off of it's stand and it is the perfect size for the I. Underneath the stand are some shelves which is the perfect place for all my cartridges and the smaller shelf is perfect for space for my white paper.

Well, after all of that moving on the weekend, I caught a cold. I really didn't have the energy to try to do anything with it. I plugged it up and just wanted to print and cut something out. I went through the Imagine cartridges and I cut out a onesie and its layers. I also cut out a pumpkin from the Oct 31 cartridge. I wasn't making anything, I just wanted to see what it would look like. AMAZING!!!! I am going to love it. I have to recalibrate it, but once that is done, look out. I really am going to love all the possibilities it is going to offer all of the "regular" cartridges. That's the real reason I bought it. No more laying out all of the small pieces of paper to make a project.

Well, I'm off to rest up. I want to be fresh for this weekend. Saturday is National Card Making Day and I'm sure there will be some challenges going on and I want to participate. No more worrying if I have the right color to work with or not.

Friday

Well I've been challenged to post more on my blog. I think I've done a pretty good job so far. Ok, maybe just ok. I have posted something on the blog 3 times this week. That's a record in itself. The only thing is that I have been so busy that I haven't had time to make anything. My Imagine is still in the box. Don't worry, that is about to change. I have lots of free time this weekend and I'm breaking her out of the box and plugging her up. I will post a project or two that I make this weekend.

Tuesday Morning

Well, my Imagine did arrive yesterday, but I was so busy I didn't have time to even open the box. In fact, I was a little scared to open it. After hearing about some of the horror stories on the MB I didn't know what to expect. So this morning before I went to work, I opened the box and took out the manual and the cartridges. I looked at them on my ride to work. I'm gonna be brave and take the box out of the package when I get home. I still don't know where I'm going to store it, but I have to find someplace.

Monday Morning

I know I haven't been posting much lately, but all that is going to change. I have signed up for a Halloween tag swap and I am almost finished with that project so watch out for a video on that soon. I have also signed up for a couple of blog hops. They are going to be a lot of fun so stay tuned for the dates of the hops. I will be offering some blog candy at the hops. I will post more about that soon.

Also, I will be posting some projects made from my Cricut Imagine. It is due to be delivered today and I am super excited about that. I hope I can get it up and running and make a simple project this evening. We'll see.
