Festive Friday Blog Hop - 10

Welcome back for another installment of our Festive Friday blog Hop. Time is going by so fast. Christmas will be here before you know it. Have you joined us and started creating your card collection? If so, I would love to see your creations.

You should have arrived from Angela's blog. If you missed it please go back and see her super cute project. You can start at the beginning of the hop at Terri's blog.

For my project, I made an A2 (4.25 x 5.5) sized card. I used the Cricut Cartridges - When It's Cold Outside to make the Gingerbread Snowflake (3.3 inches) and Martha Stewart Seasonal Cake Cartridge for the greeting (1.3 inches).  The papers used are from Recollections.  I also used a Cuttlebug folder to emboss the background called Snow Dots and inked it with black ink.

Here is the list of participants in case you get lost.

Flaunt It Friday's - Friday the 13th Blog Hop

If you are here for the Festive Friday Blog Hop, please go HERE or scroll down. If you are here for the Friday the 13th Blog Hop, you are in the right place.

Hi Everyone... Thanks so much for joining me as I have the pleasure of being a Guest Designer on the Flaunt I t Friday’s Blog Hop. I know you can't tell by reading this, but I am sooooo excited to be able to join in on the fun.  You should have arrived here from Mel's site. If you just happened upon my blog, please stay around and enjoy. To start at the beginning of the hop please go to Flaunt It Friday's site.

For our first project we were to create a project using the phrase "Friday the 13th" on page 54 of the Happy Hauntings Cricut Cartridge. My first project is a shaped TV card that measures 6 x 6 inches. I used the Gypsy to weld two TV's form the Groovy Times Cricut Cartridge to create a shaped card. I used jewel toned paper for the layers. I found an image of Jason to add to the TV screen and layered the Friday the 13 phrase on top. I then layered a piece of transparency on top for the screen.

Recollections paper packs (Jewel Tones, Transparent)
Diamond Stickles
Glossy Accents

For my second project I created a mini photo frame from the Happy Hauntings cartridge. This frame was cut at 3 inches. I used a witch's silhouette for the image. This would be a great size to add a mini wallet size photo. I added Black Diamond Stickles to the "web" layer. This was super easy to create. You could use a variety of different papers for different looks.

Festive Friday Blog Hop

Welcome back for another installment of our Festive Friday blog Hop. I can't believe that this is the 9th week of hopping. Time is going by so fast. Christmas will be here before you know it. I hope you will consider joining us in our quest to acquire a stash of Christmas cards and avoid the rush of trying to make them later on.

You should have arrived from Angela's blog. If you missed it please go back and see her super cute project. You can start at the beginning of the hop at Terri's blog.

For my project, I re-made this set of cards. I was looking back over some of the cards I have previously made and I had one left, so I decided to make another set. These measure 4.25 by 5.5. The papers used are from Recollections.  I used a Cuttlebug folder to emboss the background in snowflakes. The snowflake cut is from A Child's Year cartridge. Super easy to make.

This card was inspired by Mary of Cardz TV.

MPS Challenge 3

I'm back with another project for the challenge. The challenge is to create a project for Breast Cancer Awareness. It can be pink, have a ribbon, or whatever.

I made a tag for this challenge. I used a tag from Tags, Bags, Boxes & More. I colored it in using the All Wrapped Up Imagine patterns. I used the font from Printing Press and the ribbon from Stand & Salute.

MPS Challenge 2

Oh my, the time is going so fast. Here is my project for the second challenge for today. For this project we are to make a card using Kraft Cardstock

This card measures 4.25 by 5.5. I used Cardstock from Recollections.  The phrase and word "Dad" were from the American Alphabet cartridge from the E2 machine. The image is from Cricut Decals also from the E2 machnie. I used the Cuttlebug and Stars embossing folder for the background.

MPS Challenge 1

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!!!!!

I am going to try to do some of the challenges that Robyn of My Pink Stamper is having today. The first challenge is to make project that is "Anything Cupcake". Even though is NSD, our project doesn't have to be a scrapbook layout.

This is a card made using the E2. The card is 4.25 by 5.5. The base of the card is lite purple.. The cupcake is cut at 3 inches from the Cricut American Alphabet cartridge, using paper from Recollections. Of course I added a few Stickles for some bling. The sentiment is from K&Co Confetti collection.
