For today's project, I created a pocket page Halloween Mini Album. This is a super easy album to make and you can make it as elaborate as you want. The person I'm giving it to doesn't really like too many embellishments so I kept it super simple.
This book has 6 pages plus front and back cover.
There are 12 mats for photos or journaling. These
tuck inside the pages.
There are also 6 larger mats for photos and journaling that
tuck in the top of the pages.
Recipe:
Black cardstock - Reflections
Pattern paper -- DCWV Bewitched matstack
Pattern Paper -- Recollections - Midnight Magic matstack
Colored cardstock -- DCWV -- Bewitched cardstock matstack
Fence punch -- Martha Stewart
Spider corner punch -- Martha Stewart
Tab punch -- Stampin Up
Ribbon -- Celebrate It
Cinch Binding Machine

ReplyDeleteMy favorite costume was when my daughter was 19 months old. She dressed as a fairy princess. My momma came trick or treating with us to the mall. The look of joy on mom's face was priceless. 15 days later cancer took mom from from us. I will never forget that Halloween and the joy my baby dressed in that costume brought my mom.

Wow...that's alot of work, but how great it turned out. I can see the cute little ghosts, frogs, and maybe even an octopus or two. I was always a pumpkin as a kid but the pumpkin on the cart is precious....
ReplyDeleteGreat Job...

I love your mini album so very much!! I can't believe how much work you put into this album. I would have to say my favorite costume was when I was about 5 my mom made me an angle costume. I just found out a few weeks ago that at that time we didn't have very much money so my mom used her wedding dress to make my costume. I was so touched that she would give up her dress for me. I still have my angle costume now it has an even more special place in my heart.
ReplyDeleteSuper project! It's nice to see a "streamlined" mini too and you did a great job matching your "prints" on your pockets to your mats.
ReplyDeleteAwesome, amazing, stupendous. Can you tell I love your mini-album. Such great work. Thanks for sharing and the chance to win.
