Christmas in July 2015 - Card 1

Welcome to July. The year is just is half done and the summer months are in full swing. So what better way to celebrate the summer than with "Christmas in July!"

I want to get a head start on the holiday season by making my Christmas cards, decorations, and home decor. I also want to inspire anyone who would like to join me in this venture. If you are planning on selling your crafts for the holiday season, now is the time to get started creating your beautiful creations.

Here is the first card in my series of Christmas cards.I kept this card very simple and it is very easy to create and great to mass produce if you choose to do so.

Materials used.
Hammered card stock - Create & Craft
Mirrored card stock - Create & Craft
Christmas Wishes Die set - Tonic Studios
Bow - Ribbon & Bow Maker by Tattered Lace

Check back for more creations coming the month.

Christmas in July

Hi Everyone!!! If you are looking for the Festive Friday Blog hop, please go here.

Welcome to Christmas in July. I have the pleasure of being one of the guest designers of the Christmas in July week with Giselle and Nadia. They are hosting a week long celebration to Christmas in July. If you have not stopped by their sites, please make sure you go. Everyday something new is featured.

Today is all about Handmade Gifts. I had so much fun trying to decide what to make. I finally settled on the idea of a cute take out box from the new Cricut Projects Cartridge, Sweet Tooth Boxes. I filled the boxes with my Soy Fragrance Tarts shaped like little Gingerbread Men (scented Gingerbread Cookies) and decorated Christmas Trees (scented in Spruce Tree).

These little gift boxes will make a wonderful Hostess Thank You Gift after hosting a Holiday gathering.
